Micromax withdraws 'Bai ad' after Shiney serves legal notice

Micromax Mobile has withdrawn its controversial 'Bai ad', after the actor sent a legal notice to the company, his publicist said today.The commercial attempted to take a dig at Shiney, who was convicted two years ago for raping his domestic help. AFP"][/caption]In late October the actor slapped a legal notice on Micromax Mobile, contending that the commercial 'amounted to willful character assassination and contempt of court'.Shiney was awarded seven years imprisonment by a Mumbai fast track court in March this year.
