Toyota launches Innova Touring Sports Edition priced at Rs 17.79 lakhs

Toyota is celebrating the first anniversary of its popular MPV and has announced the all new Innova Touring Sports Edition. Based on the Innova Crysta, the new variant will be offered in two petrol and diesel variants each and will cost Rs 75,000 more than the regular variants. Pricing for the petrol variant falls between Rs 17.79 lakh - 20.84 lakh while diesel variants range from Rs 18.91 lakh - 22.15 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).The Innova touring sport gets a few SUV elements including smoke chrome headlamps, black plastic cladding running along the length of the car as well as the wheel arch and on the side mould of the vehicle, 17-inch matte black alloy wheels, black finished door garnish on the rear and some chrome on the front and rear bumpers. The interiors are mostly the same, but there is a new red wood pattern design on the dashboard and black wood finish on the rear door.A touchscreen infotainment system comes as a standard with navigation features limited to the top-end automatic variants on both petrol and diesel. There is no change to the petrol and diesel engines so you get the same as on the Innova Crysta with the option of both manual and automatic gearbox. It will be available in Wildfire Red and White Pearl Crystal Shine color variants.
