The Datsun redi-Go is the new entry-level hatchback on the block and based on the CMF-A platform, which is shared by Nissan and Renault. It is expected to launch in the first week of June 2016 with prices starting at Rs 2.5 lakh and going up to Rs 3.5 lakh. Mechanically, the Datsun redi-Go is identical to the Renault Kwid, sharing the same engine, transmission and chassis.
