Bookings for the all new Nissan Terrano AMT begin, prices start at Rs 13.75 lakh

Nissan has officially announced the automatic variant of the Terrano in India. The Japanese car maker has also made it available for pre-booking. The Terrano 6-Speed Advanced Auto Drive can be reserved by depositing a token amount of Rs 25,000 at any Nissan showroom. It will start selling later this month with prices ranging between Rs 13.75-13.85 lakh.Since the Terrano and the Renault Duster are pretty much the same cars, we can expect similar internals as the new, facelifted Duster which was recently launched in India with a new 6-speed automated manual transmission unit called Easy-R. The Terrano is expected to make use of the same Easy-R AMT unit with the ‘Advanced Auto Drive’ tag. Even the 1.5-litre diesel engine will be sourced from Renault. This engine can churn out 108bhp.Other features include electrically folding exterior rear-view mirrors with integrated turn signals, anti-pinch driver side windows, a new driver armrest, soft-touch plastics on the dashboard, and door trim.
