Two car bombs leave 8 dead in Syria

Beirut: Activists say that twin car bomb blasts in the town of Quneitra in the Syrian-controlled part of the Golan Heights have killed eight people.The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said two cars packed with explosives blew up near a military intelligence building on Thursday, killing eight. Most of the dead were members of the Syrian military, the Observatory said Friday.
