Iraq: 20 killed in serial bombings

Baghdad: At least 20 people were killed and 53 others wounded in three bombing attacks here on Monday, police said.A car bomb went off Monday evening near a funeral in the Adhamiya district in northern Baghdad, killing 15 people and injuring 35 others, Xinhua reported citing a police source.Three people were killed and eight others wounded when a roadside bomb exploded near a park in the Sulaikh area in northern Baghdad, the source said, adding that two people were killed and 10 others wounded when a bomb struck a cafe in Sadar city in eastern Baghdad.[caption id="attachment_1129645" align="alignleft" width="380"] Representational image.
