Glider crashes into a residential area near Tokyo, kills two on board

Tokyo: A glider crashed into a residential area near Tokyo on Thursday, killing the two men on board, said local police and fire officials.In the incident shortly after noon (0300 GMT), the light aircraft rammed onto the roofs of two houses in a denselypopulated neighbourhood near Narita airport east of Tokyo, local police said.Television footage showed the white fuselage of the glider broken into several pieces and spread over the tileroofs of two residences.[caption id="attachment_2681404" align="alignleft" width="380"] Representational image.
