After the Flickstree bot that suggests movies, here's Nikibot on Facebook Messenger that could help with prepaid recharge, postpaid, dth, datacard, electricity bill payments and cab booking.The startup Niki offers mobile payments and with the new AI-powered chatbot, it will offer users pay via Paytm even without having to leave the chat window. The startup's payment system has been powered by PayU as well as Paytm.

Founded in May 2015, Niki.ai is a part of Facebook's FBStart initiative.The AI-powered chatbot uses natural laguage processing and machine learning to communicate with users. It already has an Android app.According to Venturebeat, Niki currently processes over 2000 transactions per day and has about 75000 Android users. We tried accessing it on web, and the Nikibot greeted us with this message: How can I help you? Currently I can help you with prepaid recharge, postpaid, dth, datacard, electricity bill payments and cab booking. However, the food order service is supported only on the Niki.ap app.
