The ZTE Nubia N1 was announced in China just yesterday, which is the company’s high-performance-battery smartphone. After announcing the Nubia Z11 series the Chinese smartphone and network equipment maker quietly announced the mid-ranged device priced at CNY 1699 (around Rs 16,500).The handset offers a 5.5-inch Full HD LCD panel with a pixel density of 441ppi. Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. There is a 13MP camera at the back and another one offering the same resolution on the front. The rear camera offers an f/2.2 aperture along with fast phase-detection autofocus. Other features include dual-SIM support with LTE and VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS plus GLONASS, a USB Type-C port and a fingerprint reader on the back. The device itself has a metal body and will be available in Silver or Gold colour options. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 5,000mAh battery pack making it a direct competitor to the Asus ZenFone Max and the Gionee Marathon M5 which also offer a chunky battery. However it's not clear whether the smartphone will make it to India since the company doesn’t sell a lot of smartphones in the country.
