Xiaomi Redmi 4A to go on sale on Amazon India at 12 pm today

The Xiaomi Redmi 4A, the company's entry-level smartphone will go on sale in India on Thursday in its weekly flash sale on Amazon India at 12:00 pm. The device is priced at Rs 5,999 which makes it an affordable 4G LTE-enabled smartphone.The Redmi 4A will be available in India only in a 2 GB RAM variant with 16 GB of inbuilt storage. Buyers do not need to pre-register for the sale to pick up the device which is offered in three colour options namely, dark grey, gold, and also a rose gold variant.The Redmi 4A is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz and sports a 5-inch HD (1280×720) display. The device packs an Adreno 308 GPU to handle the graphics. The storage is also expandable on the Redmi 4A via a microSD card.Xiaomi has also added a 13 MP rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture on the back along with a 5 MP camera with a f/2.2 aperture on the front. The smartphone is powered by a 3,120 mAh battery.
