Samsung Galaxy C10 could launch as company's first dual-camera smartphone

While all this time we thought Samsung would debut the Galaxy Note 8 as the first dual-camera equipped smartphone, a new leak suggests that this won't be the case.A report by GizmoChina says that Samsung will be launching the Galaxy C10 which will sport a dual-camera setup at the back. According to Chinese leakster @mmddj_china, the Samsung Galaxy C10 will have the model number of SM-C9150 and is expected to feature the newly announced Snapdragon 660 chipset which was unveiled today. The image below gives an idea as to how the arrangement of the dual-camera setup will be. This also gives us a fair idea about how future Samsung smartphones with dual cameras could look like.There was an alleged sketch of the Galaxy C10 leaked in the past as well. As you can see there is no fingerprint scanner at the back so assumingly we will see one embedded in the home button. The Chinese tipster also says that the handset will feature a Bixby button just like the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. This means that Samsung will go ahead and start spreading its AI assistant to other devices.There is also a Samsung Galaxy C9 (2017) in the works with model number of SM-C9100 but will carry a single camera setup. There is no information about the specifications but since the Galaxy C9 Pro came with 6 GB of RAM, we don't expect anything less. Speculated time for the arrival of the Galaxy C10 end of Q2 or by beginning of Q3.
