Salman Khan to sell his Being Human e-cycles on Amazon India Prime Day

Amazon India announced the launch of Bollywood actor, Salman Khan's Being Human e-cycles as a part of its Amazon Prime Day sale, which will begin at 6 PM on 10 July.As reported by India Today, the Being Human Foundation is selling two of its e-cycles online, BH12 and BH27. Powered by batteries and human pedal power, these bicycles come with LED lights, mechanical disks brakes and adjustable front suspension. While the BH12 is tagged at a price of Rs 40,323, BH27 is priced at Rs 57, 577.It is targeted at cyclists of all ages and can be ridden with the help of the onboard battery pack, a riding mode which can be initiated with the flick of a switch. Partnered with Amazon India, these bikes offer extra stability and rigidity thanks to the lightweight steel frames. Giving it an extra edge is its top speed which is at 25 kmph. Early June this year, these electric cycles from his Being Human foundation were released on the World Environment Day. According to the IANS, these eco-friendly cycles were released as Khan's contribution to the well-being of the Earth.Salman Khan's Being Human Foundation is known for philanthropic activities in healthcare and education for the underprivileged. Apart from bicycles, he may also venture into smartphones.
