OxygenOS 4.1.1 and HydrogenOS Beta 10 rollout begins for OnePlus 3 and 3T

OnePlus has announced a new update for OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T owners. This comes right after the company announced OxygenOS with version 4.1.0 based on Android 7.1.1 including the March security patch.The new OxygenOS 4.1.1 comes in with new features like expanded screenshots, blur reduction of moving objects in the camera, better video recording stability, improved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and general bug fixes. The new update is also supposed to fix the swiping on Instagram app and hardware buttons malfunction, that were reported by some users on 4.1.0. Also, for the ones who haven't received the last 4.1.0 update they will directly get the new 4.1.1 version.Here are some highlights:

• Upgraded Android 7.1.1
• Updated Google security patch to 1st March 2017
• Added expanded screenshots
• Improved picture taking of moving objects with blur reduction
• Improved video stability when recording
• Improved Wi-Fi connectivity
• Improved bluetooth connectivity
• General bug fixes

Along with this, a new HydrogenOS update has also started rolling out for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T. This is the Android Nougat 7.1 based Open Beta 10 of the ROM for the former and Open Beta 4 for the latter. If you are interested you can flash the new version from here.Major changes in H2OS

But the good news is, there is a possibility that the OnePlus 2 Android Nougat is around the corner as recently a unit running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat popped up at Geekbench. This could be one of the testing devices meaning a new update is imminent.
