OnePlus to host pop-up events across four cities for their latest flagship

While we know that the OnePlus 5 will be officially launched in India on 22 June, two days after its global launch. The company has now announced that it will host four pop-up events in the country, giving enthusiasts a chance to have a hands-on experience with their latest offering, enticing them to buy one.The pop-up events will be held in four cities after the launch in Mumbai. The first event will take place in New Delhi on 23 June, Bengaluru and Chennai on 24 June and Hyderabad a day later on 25 June. The company tweeted about the pop-up events on their official OnePlus India Twitter handle, much to the delight of OnePlus enthusiasts across the country.[embed]https://twitter.com/OnePlus_IN/status/874516347471880194[/embed]While the price of the OnePlus 5 hasn’t been announced yet, going by latest rumours, the 6 GB RAM version with 64 GB of storage will be sold for Rs 32,999, while 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage variant with will sell for Rs 37,999. The company's main emphasis with the OnePlus 5  is the camera which is said to be dual-camera set-up. Latest leaks based on samples released by company CEO Pete Lau suggest that the rear shooter will be a 16 MP camera.OnePlus has already confirmed that the device will be powered by the top-of-the-line Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and a 5.5-inch display. The global announcement of the handset is set to take place on 20 June.
