The company has not issued any official statement about the upcoming smartphone, let alone the fact that the upcoming smartphone will be named OnePlus 4 or OnePlus 5 so we should take these leaks with a pinch of salt. According to a report by India Today, the design of the smartphone is not final yet and some aspects of the smartphone may change as OnePlus fine tunes the design. The OnePlus 5 is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 along with 6 or 8 GB of RAM out of the box. The smartphone could come with an upgraded display panel with 2K display as reported earlier instead of the usual 1080p display in the OnePlus 3T.
