Nokia leaks Lumia 1520 features on China online store

Nokia has followed suit by leaking details of the Lumia 1520 on its Chinese online market store. The Lumia 1520 will be officially released tomorrow.

After Google 'accidentally' went live with the Nexus 5 Play Store page, Nokia has followed suit by leaking details of the Lumia 1520 on its Chinese online market store. The Lumia 1520 will be officially released tomorrow.

Nokia's Lumia 1520 was spotted on the company's online Chinese store Tmall with all the detailed specs of the device. The link has since then been taken down from the website. A picture of the device was not given next to the setting. However according to the leaked specs, the Lumia 1520 will have a6-inch screen, 20MP PureView camera and quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset.

According to the TMall pricing, the device is expected to cost 4,999 yuan ($819) which is close to Rs 50,000. The Lumia 1520 is also expected to have a full HD screen with1920 x 1080p resolution and 2GB RAM. The Lumia 1520 will be the first Windows 8 device with a full HD screen after Windows rolled out the new update which gives support for such screens.

Evleaks had also posted a picture of the Lumia 1520 previously. For Lumia the 1520 with its 6-inch screen, will be the company's first phablet. Hopefully it will help boost the company's sales further.

The Lumia 1520 will compete with other phablets in the market such as Samsung's Galaxy Note 3, the LG G2, and HTC's recently launched One Max smartphone.
