This is a unique solution and allows for its deployment in the widest possible range of Gadgets and devices that use expandible memory. Applications include feature-rich mobile handsets and other portable devices.Micron is the latest entrant into the NAND market after Samsung only recently introduced its flash memory products based on this new and certainly innovative platform.
