Max Payne 3 Out This December?

Could Max Payne return this December? We certainly hope so.

Max Payne has been hiding somewhere under a rock all this time, but if rumors are to be believed, he could surface this December itself. According to fan site Rockstarwatch, Amazon, Gamespot and other online retailers have altered Max Payne 3’s release date to the 1st of December, 2011. This piece of news surfaced from a pre-order confirmation received by Rockstarwatch themselves:

Hello,

We have received new release date information related to your pre-ordered video game in the order you placed on November 11 2010 (Order# xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx). The release date for the video game listed below has been changed by the publisher, and we want to provide you with a new delivery estimate based on the new release date.

Now this seems pretty legit as Amazon claims this change was made by the publisher themselves. Once word travels across the internet, it’s only a matter of time before Rockstar either confirm or deny this new release date. Please be true, please be true, please be true.....
