Many Google Nexus 6P owners are reporting problems with the microphone

Looks like the latest Nexus smartphone, the Huawei Nexus 6P is again in the news for a wrong reason. After reports surfaced that the phone is bending, some users are now experiencing problems with the microphone.According to a complain posted by a user on Google's Product Forum, "So I've been making calls and I've noticed that when I try to talk on speaker phone, the other person on the call always complains that they can't hear me. I've found this happening consistently and with other callers too. I'm extremely disappointed and want to know if there is something that can be done."Another user called Nicholas Fitchett was experiencing similar problems and stated that disabling noise cancellation entirely via a root-level build.prop modification worked for him. He says, "I turned off noise cancelling via build prop and it fixed it for me. This goes back to the nexus 5 and nexus 6 as well. I doubt its a hardware issue. Google really needs to enable a setting for this or use better software."Continuous replies are being posted to the forum from many other users who are experiencing the same problem. Google experts have also replied to the thread and said that they are investigating the issue and are currently working on a fix.
