Logitech launches new keyboard for iPad Air at Rs 6995

Logitech has launched new keyboard covers for Apple's iPad Air and iPad mini. The Ultrathin Keyboard Folio cover for the iPad Air is priced at Rs 6995. The keyboard cover for iPad mini will cost Rs 5,795.

Logitech also launched Folio cover cases for the iPad Air and iPad mini priced at Rs 2,495 a pop. These will act as protective cases for iPads.

As for the keyboards, they allow users convert their iPad into a working laptop and will allow for easy typing on the go. Logitech also claims these keyboard covers protect the iPad as they can prevent the touchscreen from spills and crashes.

Users can connect these keyboards via Bluetooth and the battery on the keyboard will last up to three months on a full charge. The Logitech Ultrathin keyboard cover for iPad Air comes with a magnetic clip that snaps on to the magnets on the tablet. It comes with keys for cut, copy and paste as well.

The keyboard also has a stand which will allow users to push the iPad up when typing. The Ultrathin keyboard also comes with a USB cable for charging. It weighs 330g and is 7.3mm (0.29 inches) thick.
