Intex launches Aqua Speed on eBay for Rs 7444, will get Android Lollipop upgrade

Intex Technologies has launched a new budget smartphone, the Aqua Speed which is priced at Rs 7444 and will be available only on eBay India. Interestingly on eBay India the price for the smartphone is listed as Rs 7299.Intex also said in the press statement that the smartphone which currently runs Android 4.4.2 OS will be upgradable to Lollipop OS.Other specifications of the smartphone include: 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory. It also has a 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera for selfies.The screen size is 4.5 inches and its a qHD IPS resolution. Intex says they have given the back panel of Aqua Speed "a Sand stone finish which gives it a unique look and make the back of the phone resistant to smudges." The device is available in 4 colors namely white, coffee, grey and black.
