Ziman is a smartphone app by Zicom that is a holistic safety and security service. Haptik's chatbot technologies are now integrated with the application. Ziman provides physical safety by offering a helpline with professionals trained to respond to emergency situations. The app can be used to monitor children and the elderly when they are out of the home, supports geofencing, and a quick trigger button for medical emergencies. The application is also linked to Aadhaar for added benefits. In terms of digital security, the app monitors the device for signs of suspicious activity, and has a number of measures to prevent misuse of the device or the data on it in case of theft of the smartphone.
