Google Nexus One Gets Android 2.3.4 Update
An Over-the-Air update is now rolling out for the Nexus One.

A few days ago, we told you about the next Android update which takes the version number up to 2.3.4 being made available for the Google Nexus S. Now it seems the 2.3.4 update is being rolled out to its predecessor, the Google Nexus One as well.

2.3.4 is Nexus, not against us.
Undoubtedly, the biggest new feature to come out of the 2.3.4 update was the new version of Gtalk, which brought Video and Voice chat to the table. Unfortunately though, that new version of Gtalk has not been included in the update for the Nexus One. Which makes sense, considering the Nexus One does not boast of a front-facing camera and would make video chatting a rather painful and stupid-looking exercise.
The update is an Over-the-Air (OTA) update, but if it hasn’t rolled out to your phone yet, and you’re of the impatient sort, you can also grab the manual download here.
