Celkon has launched the Millennia Ufeel smartphone for a price of Rs 3299.
Celkon has launched the Millennia Ufeel smartphone for a price of Rs 3299. Dipped in black, golden and silver colour options, the device will be available via Gadgets360 from 24 August.The budget smartphone aims at entry-level users. The Millennia Ufeel sports a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 480 x 854 pixels of resolution with a 2.5D Dragon Trail glass. It comes powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731C processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The specs sheet includes 8GB onboard storage, expandable storage up to 32GB and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop.It comes with a 5MP rear snapped and a 3.2MP front facing camera. On the connectivity front, one can expect support for 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB 2.0 and GPS/ A-GPS. Finally, the device gets a 2000mAh battery.Recent reports pointed out at the first 'Made in India' operating system Indus OS announce partnerships with two other home-grown Indian smartphone brands that included Celkon along with Swipe in order to expand its market reach in the country. The idea is to increase the Indus OS adoption in South India, where Celkon has a leadership position.
