Bose products to re-enter the Apple Store: reports
Seems like Apple is welcoming Bose back into their family. After making an exit this year from the company, Bose speakers and headphones will be sold by Apple.
After exiting Apple stores in October, Bose products are likely staged a re-entry into the California giant's online and retail stores. And they may make it in time for the holiday season.Apple, who acquired Beats for $3 billion earlier this year, plans to sell Beats products alongside those of Bose. The company will sell Bose devices including their popular SoundLink III and Mini Bluetooth speakers too.Earlier, Bose devices had disappeared from Apple's website on October 17. No explanation was given this decision.Though, signs pointed to a patent complaint filed by Bose against Beats shortly after news that Apple planned to purchase the competing headphone company. Both had settled it out of court shortly before Bose’s products were pulled, as reported by 9to5mac.Earlier this year, Bose had tried to boost sales by signing an exclusive partnership with NFL. But unfortunately, this move failed to attract athletes who are Beats loyalists.
