Micromax teases trailer for Canvas 4: All you need to know
Micromax has started rolling out trailers for its next flagship device the Canvas 4 on YouTube and Facebook.

Micromax has started rolling out trailers for its next flagship device, the Canvas 4, on YouTube and Facebook. The company says pre-bookings for the smartphone will open on 28 June. Previously it had launched the Canvas HD A116 on 14 February but shipments for the smartphone were delayed. Micromax blamed procedural issues for the delay. The Canvas 4 teaser video doesn't reveal much, expect a black-colour device, which looks like it has around a 5-inch screen. The tag for the video is 'Can Life be endless?' which has sparked speculation that the Canvas 4 might come with better battery life.[caption id="attachment_875929" align="alignleft" width="380"]
Canvas 4 is coming soon.[/caption]The fact that the smartphone is called the Canvas 4 also has techies wondering if the company is competing with Samsung's flagship smartphone the Galaxy S4. However its unlikely that the Canvas 4 will come with an octa-core processor. It is reasonable to expect a full-HD screen, a better camera (13 megapixels since that's what we spotted on the ad) and perhaps more memory space starting at 16 GB, unlike the Canvas HD A116 which has 4GB memory space.Of course, the biggest question is the price of the device. Will this be another Rs 20k and under device? For Micromax the competition is higher with many quad-core smartphones hitting the market in the same price-segment.You can watch the trailer below.
