Bethesda announced at E3 this year that a Skyrim Remaster was coming to PC and consoles. Fans of the Elder Scrolls series had been waiting for at least two years for this announcement. The pricing has not pleased console fans too much. Apparently, because of how different the newer generation console platforms are, getting the Special Edition to the consoles was similar to making a new game.
