The Red Dead Redemption 2 release date may have been leaked by UK retailer, Base. The Base.com website has put up the Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions up for sale and listed a release date. The title is lsited at £44.85 (roughly Rs. 3,668) on both platforms, and the site says the game is due for release on 26 September 2017. The release date has not been confirmed by Rockstar, but fits nicely with a tweet that Rockstar had sent out while announcing the title.https://twitter.com/RockstarGames/status/788363842329903104At the time of the announcement, Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games said, "With Red Dead Redemption 2, the team is working hard to push forward our vision for interactive entertainment in a truly living world. We hope to deliver players an epic experience that builds upon everything we’ve learned making games." The game is the third installment of the franchise, after Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Revolver. It has been more than six years since the launch of the critically acclaimed title, Red Dead Redemption.
Unfortunately for PC gamers, the title does not look like it will be released for the PC, at least at launch. Red Dead Redemption 2 is set in the unforgiving American heartland during the last phase of the American Frontier. The game is an open world title, and promises a brand new multiplayer experience. Apart from the Red Dead series, Rockstar games has found widespread acclaim for their Grand Theft Auto series as well.
