Infact, he alleged that the cost of his residence is cheaper than the bill.A clear case of error on the part of the electricty board which has not even rectified the mistake despite Kumar having made innumerable rounds of the electricity board office."When I went to the electricity office, they said they will fix it. They asked me to wait outside the office, I waited for two hours in the office and then they said that I will receive the bill," Kumar told TOI.
