Three killed, one injured in gunfight between two groups in Patna
The incident took place in Surgapar and Niajipur areas, which fall under the jurisdiction of Fatuha police station, over an outstanding amount of Rs 400 for milk between two groups belonging to the same community, according to reports

At least three people were killed and one injured after a gunfight erupted between two groups over a petty issue in Bihar's Patna on Thursday night.According to reports, the incident took place in Surgapar and Niajipur areas, which fall under the jurisdiction of Fatuha police station, over an outstanding amount of Rs 400 for milk between two groups belonging to the same community.During the firing, three people lost their lives on the spot, while the fourth person suffered severe injury, reported India TV.The deceased have been identified as Jay Singh (50), Shailesh Kumar (35) and Pradeep Kumar (30). The injured youth has been identified as Mintoos (22) who is undergoing treatment at PMCH.The police have taken the bodies of the three deceased in their custody and sent them to Nalanda Medical College Hospital, Patna for post-mortem."All the corpses are being brought to the hospital for postmortem. Police forces have camped at the place of the incident. The situation is normal now. One other person got injured and is being treated at the hospital...The possible reason for the clash is a personal dispute," said Siya Ram Yadav, DSP Fatuha.The police are continuously patrolling and keeping an eye on the entire incident.The police said the matter is being thoroughly investigated and a hunt has been launched to nab the culprits.With inputs from agencies
