Navy chopper crashes off Vizag coast, two missing

Two Navy personnel were injured and two others missing on Tuesday after a helicopter of Indian Navy crashed off the coast of Visakhapatnam, officials said.

Hyderabad: Two Navy personnel were injured and two others missing on Tuesday after a helicopter of Indian Navy crashed off the coast of Visakhapatnam, officials said.

The Chetak helicopter of the Eastern Naval Command crashed around 3.30 pm, about 10 nautical

miles from Visakhapatnam coast.

Two personnel who were rescued were shifted to hospital. Navy helicopters launched operations to trace the two other missing personnel. Further details are awaited.
