Most rivers in West Midnapore flowing above danger mark

Midnapore: Most of the rivers in West Midnapore district are flowing above the danger mark as huge amount of water has been released from dams in Jharkhand, official sources said. "Huge amount of water has been released from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) dams in Jharkhand as a result most of the rivers in West Midnapore district are flowing above the danger mark," the sources said.[caption id="attachment_1171661" align="alignleft" width="380"] Representational image.
