Kerala will be declaring its state National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) 2017 merit list on Friday morning.

Getty images[/caption]The merit list will kick start the admission process for approximately more that 1,895 MBBS seats and 840 BDS seats in government, government self-financing and private self-financing medical and dental colleges of Kerala.The Hindu had reported that a total of 51,066 candidates have submitted their NEET UG result for admissions in Kerala.The NEET results were delayed due to a Supreme Court order restraining publication of results of NEET 2017 on 12 June.Only the candidates who secure minimum qualifying cutoff marks in NEET 2017 are eligible for admissions. As per the NEET qualifying criteria, general category candidates have to secure 50th percentile, whereas SC/ST/OBC candidates have to secure 40th and 45th percentile respectively.The category/community-wise list based on the rank lists will be published on 15 June.Here are the steps to check results:— Go to the official website.— Match and verify your name and roll number in the merit list.— The state rank of candidates in Kerala MBBS 2017 merit list will be provided as per the NEET 2017 scores.
