Four-year-old raped in Uttar Pradesh: Case filed against absconding accused, say cops
A 4-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in a village in Shamli district, police said on Friday. Nitin (24) took her to a field in Kheri Furkan village last evening and raped her, they said.

Muzaffarnagar: A four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in a village in Shamli district, police said on Friday. Nitin (24) took her to a field in Kheri Furkan village on Thursday evening and raped her, they said.Following a complaint by the victim's family, a case was registered under section 376 of the IPC (punishment for rape) and POCSO act.Police said the girl has been sent for medical examination while the accused is absconding. Meanwhile, in another incident, a 50-year-old married woman was strangulated to death by unidentified persons in Shamli district.[caption id="attachment_2692176" align="alignleft" width="380"]
