Delhi high court to hear plea against even-odd system on Wednesday

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court will hear on Wednesday a plea seeking a stay on the city government's decision to restrict the number of private vehicles on roads based on the odd-even number of their licence plates.[caption id="attachment_2535158" align="alignleft" width="380"] Representational image.
