East is calling: Robbie Williams swings into yoga rhythm
Ahead of his upcoming global tour, the 'Angels' hitmaker has turned to the rigorous Bikram yoga in an attempt to soothe his nerves.

[/caption]The singer is set to go on tour with 'Take That', rejoining the band after 15 years, and is practising strenuous Bickram Yoga to calm his nerves, reported Daily Mirror online. "Rob suffers from crippling anxiety and has been worried about the lads' forthcoming concerts. A pal suggested Bikram yoga to refocus his pent up energy and handle stress more effectively," said a source close to the 38-year-old singer.The 'Angels' hitmaker has been attending the sessions for the last three months, which see him strike a number of meditative poses in a room heated to 40 degrees centigrade. "After a couple of sessions, he was hooked and sweating,” the source added.PTI
