RBI might slightly reduce interest to boost growth, investment rate declines: Kaushik Basu

Kolkata: Former chief economic advisor Kaushik Basu on Monday said the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)could "slightly" reduce interest rate to boost growth."NPAs have made the banks cautious.
