Godrej Properties to develop luxury homes in Kolkata
In a filing to the BSE, the company, which is part of Godrej group, said that it has launched ultra luxury residential project Godrej Platinum in Alipore, Kolkata.

New Delhi: Godrej Properties today said it will develop a luxury housing project in Kolkata with the average unit price of Rs 10 crore.

In a filing to the BSE, the company, which is part of Godrej group, said that it has launched ultra luxury residential project Godrej Platinum in Alipore, Kolkata.
"Spread over approximately 1.4 acres, this project will have only 35 luxurious homes. Apartment sizes range between 3,762 sq ft per apartment and 5,075 sq ft with an average ticket size of Rs 10 crore per home," the filing added.
Godrej Properties is currently developing residential, commercial and township projects spread across 82 million sq ft in 12 cities.
