Pune Chapter Of CIO Klub Inaugrated

The Pune chapter of CIO Klub was inaugurated on 19th May. The CIO KLUB, a CIO Association's initiative is a strong growing CIO community in India. The membership has grown over 500 registered members across India ( Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad,Kolkatta, Hyderabad and Pune).

"We are planning to open more councils to benefit the CIO community and their organisation at large" said Mr Shirish Gariba, Secretary, Governing Body , CIO Association.

Pune Council is the third council for the CIO KLUB and was formally launched at a function held at Hotel Sun and Sand, Pune. Raritan Energy management provided the sponsorship for the function. The inaugural function was attended by the CIO Klub Mumbai committee members and the Pune members.

"We will use the CIO KLUB platform not only for sharing experience but also to create a platform for Technology partners to demonstrate technologies to CIO to help them in their Business Challenges" said Mr Anil Khopkar, President , CIO KLUB Pune Council.

The chief guest of the function, Mr Jitendra Mali, Executive Director and Managing Partner, DSK Motors, spoke about the role IT can play in customer relationship management. He also urged the CIOs to share their process optimisation techniques and for constantly checking what works the best for the customer, by deploying the right technology.
