Jay Chemical Industries Limited (JCIL), a manufacturer of Dyes and Intermediates, had decided to deploy an integrated Business Management System for better management of information and adoption of best business practices. This initiative covered their head office and four factories. JCIL decided to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its core platform and selected Blue Star Infotech as its IT partner.
The implementation covered Financial Management, Fixed Assets, Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Inventory, Manufacturing, Demand Forecasting, Quality Control and EXIM.
Greeven Kharawala, managing directior, JCIL, said, "Our constant growth had created the need for a strong, integrated IT platform to better manage our business. After a series of product evaluations, we selected Microsoft Dynamics Navision as the platform of choice. We selected Blue Star Infotech as the implementation partner due to their track record of successful implementations and we are pleased with the outcome."
