HP Offers Free Enterprise-Class Big Data Analytics

HP has announced the availability of a free full-feature version of the HP Vertica Analytics Platform for up to a full terabyte of data, enabling organisations to experience how to optimise and monetise Big Data.

While organisations recognise the potential for insights to be extracted from Big Data, they want to make sure there is value in the information analysed. To help clients determine the benefits of analysing their Big Data before deploying an enterprisewide solution, HP is offering the new HP Vertica Community Edition. This free, downloadable software solution delivers the same functionality as HP Vertica Analytics Platform Enterprise Edition with no commitments or time limits.
