Cleartrip To Deploy Open Source CRM Soln

The open source CRM solution will allow Cleartrip to automate customer-facing business processes.

Cleartrip, an online travel portal, has signed a contract for their Sales Force Automation project with Veon Consulting, a commercial open source consulting firm based out of Hyderabad.

The engagement aims at implementing one of the popular open source CRM solutions as per the custom requirements of Cleartrip.

The open source CRM solution will allow Cleartrip to totally enable their marketing and customer facing departments and help automate the processes around the business requirements of Sales Force Automation, customer support team and call centre operations.
