DBS Bank ropes in Sheran Mehra as India marketing head

Multi-bank marketing head comes on board to spearhead DBS Bank marketing strategy

DBS Bank has brought on board Sheran Mehra as Head - Group Strategic & Marketing Communications, DBS Bank. Her earlier stint was with Mahindra Holidays and Resort India Limited as Head- Resort Marketing.

Sanjiv Bhasin, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, DBS Bank, said, "Sheran's expertise across multiple sectors such as Banking, FMCG, Lifestyle & Advertising means she is attuned to our mindset of creating awareness and coming up with out-of-box marketing platforms with maximum outreach".

Prior to Mahindra Holidays, Mehra was in charge of communications at Dhanalakshmi Bank. She was also head of marketing for Barclays Bank.

Calling it a "thrilling new chapter" in her professional life, Mehra looks forward to the new role at DBS Bank.
