Is AAP's cadre recruitment happening way too fast?

The way AAP is recruiting members (10 lakhs is recent count), I do not think people who are joining AAP knows what IIP truly stands for (what I know is that they have problem with UPA and NDA) and also AAP doesn't know whoever is joining AAP are joining for what purpose.[caption id="attachment_1341763" align="alignleft" width="380"] Going too fast. PTI[/caption]I have seen this kind of situation in many corporates, when they plan for expansion and have budgets, they just recruit and make lot of noise in the market and then fall apart as people at the bottom are really doesn't know what the people at the top wants from them.AAP has an identity crisis today, they started as an agitator and suddenly they were asked to be an administrator. Their evolution has not happened from former to later. They need to have an identity as a political party, which is missing. People who are joining them, the big names like Medha Patkar, Mallika Sarabhai are all agitators and activists, neither of them are proven administrator.I think AAP has not heard about -- slow and steady wins the race.
