Woman stabs teddy bear over break up with boyfriend, lands in jail

A woman in the US was arrested after she allegedly stabbed a five-foot-tall teddy bear and punched and kicked her boyfriend during a fight.[caption id="attachment_1415171" align="alignleft" width="350"] Representational Image. Reuters.[/caption]Carly Marra, from Casper in Wyoming, attacked a teddy bear gifted by her boyfriend with a kitchen knife and shouted "I wish this was you". Marra has been charged with aggravated assault and battery, and possession of marijuana. She was released earlier this week on $5,000 bond.Marra, who has a 16-month-old child with boyfriend Jordan McAlexander, had an argument with him over a new woman he was seeing.McAlexander was visiting Marra for one last time before they ended their relaionship. When he told Marra he wanted to step outside to smoke, she demanded he stay inside.He sent a text messaged his new girlfriend, and a friend saying he was afraid Marra would try to stop him from leaving.PTI
