Khalistan supporters on Monday gathered outside the Indian High Commission in London and staged a protest. British security forces were deployed at the scene, and the protesters were restricted to the opposite side of the High Commission.Watch:This comes days after the Indian High Commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, was stopped by Khalistani activists from entering a Gurdwara in Scotland's Glasgow.Also Read: Khalistani activists stop Indian high commissioner from entering UK gurudwaraIndia promptly reported the incident to the the British government, urging them to take decisive measures against those responsible for the incident.On Sunday, the General Secretary of Glasgow Gurudwara, Prabhjot Kaur, issued a public statement condemning the radical Sikh activists.“Certain unknown individuals from outside the Glasgow area attempted to disrupt this visit. Following this, the visiting party decided to leave the premises. After the departure of the visitors, these unruly individuals tenured to disturb the Gurdwara congregation,” Kaur said.With inputs from agencies
