Viral pic: Senate leader Mitch McConnell photobombed by voter

US Senator leader Mitch McConnell might have won his sixth term in Kentucky, but that doesn't mean he's a favourite with all the voters. When the US Senate Minority leader went out to vote at Louisville polling location, one voter photobombed him with a big thumbs down.The press quickly captured the photo and it was also shared by the campaign team for McConnell’s opponent, Alison Lundergan Grimes who typed out the message "stand with this guy (pointing in red to the voter) and "not this guy" (pointing to McConnell). However they later deleted the tweet with the picture with message against McConnell, reports ABC News.[caption id="attachment_1788991" align="alignleft" width="380"]

Getty Images[/caption]While most Indian voters might find themselves being forced to tip-toe lest a politician walks into the same time at the booth, US voters tend to be more frank about voicing who they like or don't like. Atleast McConnell wasn't told off by the voter, unlike US President Barack Obama.When Obama was voting in Illinois in October, one man passed by and cheekily told the president, "Mr President don't touch my girlfriend." The lady was standing in the polling booth next to the President, getting ready to cast her vote.The President shot back, "You know I really wasn't planning on doing that." While the guy's girlfriend was apologetic, the President felt that this was "Just another example of another brother embarrassing him for no reason."It's quite a funny conversation to watch between the President and the lady.
