MH17 passenger made Facebook joke about 'missing' plane before boarding

The MH17 Malaysian Airlines plane that crashed after it was shot down in Ukraine has left 295 passengers and crew on board dead. However one passenger's joke on Facebook about the plane disappearing, minutes before he boarded has gone viral.A Dutch resident, Cor Pan had put out a message saying, “Should it disappear, this is what it looks like,” on his Facebook page along with wrote on his Facebook wall along with a photo of the MH17 Malaysian Airlines plane he was about to board with his girlfriend in Amsterdam. He was of course, referring to the now infamous flight MH370 which disappeared, believed to have crashed in a remote area of the South Indian Ocean.The original Facebook post has close to 15,000 shares already.The joke has turned out to be an awful prophecy in hindsight. His friends who had initially posted messages for a good holiday and safe journey, were soon frantically posting, asking whether it was Cor's plane that had crashed.[caption id="attachment_1623853" align="alignleft" width="380"]
