Farooq Abdullah welcomes Foreign Secretary-level talks between India, Pakistan

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Tuesday welcomed the Foreign Secretary-level talks between India and Pakistan, saying both the countries should show consistency and political will to engage in a sustained dialogue aimed at resolving all outstanding issues including Kashmir.[caption id="attachment_2752146" align="alignleft" width="380"]
