London: The BBC plans to air a show reporting on its own editorial decision to pull the plug on a segment about sexual abuse charges against the late entertainer Jimmy Savile.[caption id="attachment_498571" align="alignleft" width="380"]

AP[/caption]The show to be broadcast on Monday night deals with a deepening scandal over the BBC's relationship to Savile, who died last year at the age of 84 after a long television career.In recent weeks, dozens of women have said they were abused by the entertainer, including some who said they were sexually abused on BBC property. Police say there may be more than 200 potential victims.Various inquiries are in progress, and attention has focused on the BBC's decision not to air a segment about Savile's abuse last December.AP
